Hassle Free Returns and Exchange Policy

Hassle-Free Returns Policy:

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Our 14 day return policy makes your life easier! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange; only exceptions are special order items and undergarments.  Please be sure they are in resalable condition meaning the tags are still attached or all packaging is present with the return.

Your return must be authorized first. It's easy, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will take it from there.  We will contact you back with all the needed return information.  We strongly suggest shipping a method that is trackable and insure it if it's expensive! Please note that shipping costs to us will be at your own expense.

Once we receive your item(s) back in our warehouse, we will process your exchange immediately or refund you the full amount, less the original shipping fee.  Should you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of your items but not the cost of your original shipping.

If you have passed the return period (14 days) and find that your item(s) become defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for their warranty policy.

Exchange Policy:

What if you purchased the incorrect size?? If you find that you have a need to exchange an item because of the incorrect size or factory fault within the 14 day return period, fill out the form below and let us know what you are looking for.  We will contact you back with stock availability or options if we don't have it available. 

If we can accomodate your exchange then once authorized, you can post the item(s) to us (shipping cost to us will be at your own expense), and we will then ship back your new item for FREE. Please note that the this applies only to deliveries within South Africa.
